NOVA FEMINA FOOTBALL GROUP

NEW CLUBS. NEW STARS. NEW FUTURE.

More than clubs. A movement.
Building the future of women’s football.

Club 1 Scotland is currently in development.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

A COMMUNITY-BACKED WOMEN’S FOOTBALL MCO

Nova Femina Football Group is designed to become one of the first community-backed women’s football multi-club ownership (MCO) networks. The platform is being developed to create clubs, develop players, and open the journey to a wider community of supporters and mission-aligned future investors. At its core, Nova Femina is more than the launch of another football organization. It is the beginning of a different model for women’s football ownership — one where the community can help build the platform, support the clubs, and participate in the long-term growth of a connected women’s football network. The goal is not to give people access to only one club. The goal is to build a parent platform where multiple women’s football clubs can share structure, scouting, coaching standards, media storytelling, professional governance, and long-term player-development pathways.Nova Femina is currently in development and is not accepting investments at this stage.

STARTING WITH CLUB 1 SCOTLAND

LOCAL CLUB. GLOBAL NETWORK.

Scotland is planned as Nova Femina’s first club market because it offers a credible football environment, a recognized women’s football structure, and a realistic pathway for a new senior women’s club.Club 1 Scotland is currently in development and remains subject to official registration, affiliation, ownership review, facility confirmation, safeguarding, insurance, and final approval.

Sporting Ambition Line

The long-term ambition is to start lean, build properly, develop a competitive team, and grow toward the highest levels of Scottish women’s football — with the dream of one day representing Scotland on the continental stage.

THE NOVA FEMINA MODEL

Nova Femina is built around a connected football model designed to create clubs, develop players, grow communities, and link each club through one shared platform. Each club should be locally rooted, while the wider Nova Femina platform provides shared structure, scouting, football methodology, media storytelling, community engagement, and professional governance.

PROJECT STATUS

BUILDING BEFORE FUNDRAISING

Nova Femina Football Group is currently in development and is not accepting investments. Before any public fundraising campaign, the project is focused on building the foundation properly. This includes Scotland pathway confirmation, governance preparation, safeguarding planning, facility research, insurance planning, player recruitment, scouting, community-building, company formation, and legal structure review.Nova Femina is expected to be structured as a community-backed women’s football multi-club platform. Any future community investor participation would be handled through official investment documents and a legally reviewed structure.Community investors should not assume direct ownership of Club 1 Scotland or any individual club. The intended concept is participation in the wider Nova Femina platform, not only one club, subject to the final legal structure, offering documents, investor rights, and securities review. This page is for early community interest only. Nova Femina is not currently accepting investments.
